Corporate Wellbeing Experience Days

Description

Relax, unwind and immerse yourself in nature for a day of ‘being, thinking and doing’ inspired by the trees, plants and other living beings at beautiful Whistlewood Common in the National Forest.

A flavour of the day (activities will be bespoke to your requirements):

  • learning from the natural principles and patterns that are nature’s secrets to success
  • what nature-inspired design can teach your organisation and employees
  • time for individual reflection
  • group activities
  • time to unwind and be at peace in a beautiful natural woodland setting
  • simple craft and creativity (no prior talent or confidence required – in fact we’ll be encouraging even the most artistically-gifted to try something new)  If you would like your team to learn a specific woodland craft or skill this can usually be arranged.
  • a balance of indoor and outdoor activities
  • spend quality time in Whistlewood’s beautiful strawbale and timber eco roundhouse
  • volunteering opportunities are available as part of the day if you wish to ‘give back’ to this unique environmental project.
  • guided tour of Whistlewood, including its environmental impact and ethos
  • fun and laughter and an opportunity for team ‘quality-time’

Co-facilitators: Sarah works with a number of very experienced wellbeing guides and craft practitioners.

Accessibility and additional needs: We aim to make all our courses as accessible as possible – please let us know if you have any additional needs that you would like us to know about.
